Is the shop already open for orders?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates and Canada. Some variants are offered in only some of these countries; please check the product page.

How do I care for linen?

Machine wash at 40 °C on a gentle cycle, no bleach, then line dry or tumble dry low. Washed linen needs no ironing: its light crumple is part of its charm.

Does natural stone look exactly like the photo?

No, and that is the point. Travertine and marble show veining, pores and shades unique to each block: your piece will be one of a kind. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid acidic products.

How do I install a pendant light?

Our pendants use a standard E27 socket. The bulb is included depending on the model. Electrical connection should be done by a professional or with the power off, following local regulations.

Are the vases watertight?

Models glazed inside can hold fresh flowers. For matte or raw ceramics, choose dried flowers or slip a small glass liner inside.

Are the products made in Europe?

ARVUREL does not claim that its products are made in Europe. The origin must be stated for each product when it has been confirmed.

Do I have to pay import charges upon delivery?

Delivery included. For any order up to €150 (total amount after discount), VAT and customs duties are also included in the price: there is nothing to pay on delivery. Above €150, if customs duties or import VAT are requested on delivery, ARVUREL refunds them on presentation of the carrier’s invoice. For delivery to the United Arab Emirates, this threshold is €75 (AED 300): above it, any duties and VAT requested on delivery are refunded in the same way. For delivery to Canada, this threshold is CA$40 (about €25): above it, any taxes (GST/HST/QST) and customs clearance fees requested on delivery are refunded in the same way. For delivery to the United Arab Emirates, this threshold is €75 (AED 300): above it, any duties and VAT requested on delivery are refunded in the same way.

To obtain this refund, send us the carrier’s invoice or receipt within 30 days of receiving your parcel, by replying to the order confirmation email or writing to sav@arvurel.com, and quote your order number. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the proof, to the payment method used for the order.
