Delivery: plan your project

Shipping is included for the products and variants offered for purchase. Available destinations are France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates and Canada, depending on the selected model. Some variants are offered in only some of these countries.

Delivery destination and timing

Check the destinations served and the delivery information on the product page. Delivery times depend on the product, variant and destination; there is no single delivery time for the entire collection. If an estimate is missing or your project requires a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

VAT and customs duties

Delivery included. For any order up to €150 (total amount after discount), VAT and customs duties are also included in the price: there is nothing to pay on delivery. Above €150, if customs duties or import VAT are requested on delivery, ARVUREL refunds them on presentation of the carrier’s invoice. For delivery to the United Arab Emirates, this threshold is €75 (AED 300): above it, any duties and VAT requested on delivery are refunded in the same way. For delivery to Canada, this threshold is CA$40 (about €25): above it, any taxes (GST/HST/QST) and customs clearance fees requested on delivery are refunded in the same way. For delivery to the United Arab Emirates, this threshold is €75 (AED 300): above it, any duties and VAT requested on delivery are refunded in the same way.

To obtain this refund, send us the carrier’s invoice or receipt within 30 days of receiving your parcel, by replying to the order confirmation email or writing to sav@arvurel.com, and quote your order number. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the proof, to the payment method used for the order.

Shipments may arrive separately

Items may leave from different partner warehouses and be sent in separate parcels, arriving on different dates.
