Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that may be involved when you visit the ARVUREL store, use a shopping cart, access an account or make a purchase. It supplements our privacy policy.

1. Who is your point of contact?

ARVUREL is operated by RALIA SOLUTIONS FOR MARKETING OPERATIONS — établissement individuel (sole proprietorship), Abu Dhabi economic licence CN-6680708.

Business address: Baniyas Tower, Al Falah Street – Saeed bin Ahmed Al Otaiba, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. What is a cookie or tracker?

A cookie is a small piece of information stored on your device by the browser. For example, it can maintain a session, retain the contents of a shopping cart or remember a choice. Other technologies, such as local storage or pixels, can also access information on your device or transmit browsing events.

Depending on their use, the information concerned may include a technical identifier, an IP address, browser characteristics, pages viewed, events relating to a shopping cart or transaction, and your privacy choices. A technical identifier may constitute personal data even if it does not directly contain your name.

3. The different purposes

The store is hosted on Cloudflare and may rely on technologies associated with the features offered (cart, payment, security). The categories below explain possible uses; they do not constitute an inventory of the trackers present in each browser.

Essential operation

Some trackers are used to provide the service you have expressly requested: maintaining the shopping cart, ensuring continuity of payment, authentication, protecting a session or remembering a choice relating to trackers. They may be exempt from consent only under the conditions laid down by the applicable regulations. A tracker is not essential merely because it is provided by a service provider or useful for commercial activity.

Preferences and personalisation

Technologies may remember choices, such as a language or country. Personalisation that is directly requested and necessary for the service must be distinguished from optional personalisation based on observing browsing activity. The latter requires consent when it relies on trackers that are not exempt.

Audience measurement

Measurement tools can help understand traffic, browsing paths and the use of features. They are subject to prior consent when the strict conditions for an exemption are not met. The statistical nature of a purpose is not sufficient to make a tracker automatically exempt.

Advertising and tracking across services

When enabled, advertising tools may measure campaigns, personalise advertisements or link interactions across several services. The corresponding trackers require consent where required by the applicable regulations. Refusing these uses does not prevent you from contacting ARVUREL or making a purchase using the features necessary for the service.

Tools used on ARVUREL

Anonymous, cookie-free measurement. A Ralia Solutions script (ralia-pulse) counts page views in aggregate, without cookies or personal identifiers: only a random visit ID is kept in the tab (sessionStorage) and disappears when it is closed. It is always active.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, ID G-63TVKHTFPK). It is only loaded if you click “Accept” in the banner. It sets _ga cookies (up to 13 months) to measure traffic and journeys. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Change my choice.

4. Third-party services

Cloudflare hosts the store and may use technical security and performance technologies; Stripe, when payment is enabled, may use technologies specific to its payment flow. These providers describe their technologies in their own policies (Cloudflare, Stripe). This description does not prove that a specific cookie was placed during your visit to ARVUREL.

Recipients, processing related to orders and possible international transfers are also described in our privacy policy. An application installed in the store administration is not, by itself, evidence of a tracker running on your device.

5. Accepting, refusing and changing your choices

For trackers subject to consent, your choice must be freely given and expressed through an affirmative action. Silence, continued browsing, a purchase or acceptance of the terms of sale do not constitute agreement. You must be able to refuse as easily as you accept and withdraw your consent at any time.

When a banner or preferences panel is displayed on the store, use the options it provides to accept, refuse or select optional purposes. A link to reopen it, when offered in the banner or privacy links, allows you to review this choice. Choices may be specific to the browser and device used.

You can also:

  • Adjust your browser settings: consult its privacy section to view, delete or block cookies and site data. Blocking essential cookies may disrupt the shopping cart, sign-in or payment. Deleting site data may also erase your previous choices.
  • Contact us: write to sav@arvurel.com to exercise your rights or report a problem accessing privacy choices.

Browser settings and an email request do not replace an appropriate consent mechanism on the store. Deleting a cookie locally does not automatically erase data already received by a service; a request concerning that data may be necessary.

6. Lifetime of cookies and retention of collected data

A session cookie is intended for the browsing session. A persistent cookie may remain until it expires or is deleted, depending on the browser and service settings. Its lifetime must be proportionate to its function.

There is no single duration applicable to all cookies in the store. The providers (Cloudflare, Stripe) describe their technologies in their own policies. This information does not constitute a measurement of the durations actually applied to all ARVUREL trackers. The retention of data received by services follows its own purposes and obligations, described in the corresponding policies.

7. Electronic messages

Some messaging tools offer technologies that can measure the opening of a message or an interaction. Subscribing to commercial communications does not, by itself, constitute consent to all tracking uses. The rules applicable to these technologies must be complied with separately when their use requires it.

To stop receiving promotional messages, use the unsubscribe link in the message or write to us. This choice does not remove notifications necessary for an order or data that must be retained for another legitimate purpose.

8. Find out more and exercise your rights

Our privacy policy details your rights, the controller's contact details and retention criteria. You can also consult the CNIL's explanations about cookies and trackers or lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

This policy may evolve with the store's services. A new purpose subject to consent requires appropriate information and a choice before it is used.
