Our commitment

If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you find exactly the same item offered at a lower total price by another online retailer delivering to your country, ARVUREL refunds the difference.

What counts as “the same item”

Same model, same dimensions, same material, same colour, new and available for delivery at the time of your request. The comparison is on the total price paid: item, delivery, duties and taxes included, after any ARVUREL discount.

How to claim

Write to sav@arvurel.com with your order number and the link to the competing offer (or a dated screenshot showing the price and charges). We check the offer within 3 working days. If it meets the conditions, the difference is refunded to the payment method used for the order within 14 days.

Exclusions

Not included: offers from third-party sellers on marketplaces, second-hand, refurbished or end-of-line clearance items, flash or members-only sales, personal promo codes, prices outside the United Kingdom and obvious pricing errors. The guarantee applies once per item ordered.
