Waffle-textured cotton gauze bedspread

A multi-layer pure cotton gauze bedspread, woven in jacquard with a waffle texture: its stacked layers give it a lovely drape and an airy feel, cool in summer and soft in the in-between seasons, and it grows even softer with each wash. Laid over the bed, folded at the foot of the sofa or kept close at hand for a nap, its small-check texture adds depth to plain bed linen. Five natural shades, celadon, pearl grey, forest green, dusty pink and mustard, that pair with linen, light wood and rattan; combine it with our fringed cotton gauze throw and our cotton muslin cushion covers to carry gauze throughout the bedroom. Five sizes: 100 × 150 cm for a nap throw, 150 × 200 cm for a single bed, 200 × 230 and 230 × 230 cm for a double bed, and 230 × 275 cm for a large bedspread that falls generously (pearl grey comes in three sizes: 200 × 230, 230 × 230 and 230 × 275 cm). Good to know

Multi-layer pure cotton gauze. Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with similar colours; do not use bleach. Leave to air dry, flat or on a line; the slightly crinkled look is part of its charm, no need to iron. Slight shrinkage is possible at the first wash.
