Shipping is included for the products and variants offered for purchase. This store delivers within Australia; the pieces shown here are all available for delivery to addresses in Australia.

Delivery destination and timing

Check the destinations served and the delivery information on the product page. Delivery times depend on the product, variant and destination; there is no single delivery time for the entire collection. If an estimate is missing or your project requires a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

GST and customs duties

Delivery and GST included. For any order up to A$1,000 (total amount after discount), the 10% Australian GST is collected at checkout and included in the price: there is nothing to pay on delivery. Above A$1,000, if GST or customs duties are requested on delivery, ARVUREL refunds them on presentation of the carrier’s invoice.

To obtain this refund, send us the carrier’s invoice or receipt within 30 days of receiving your parcel, by replying to the order confirmation email or writing to sav@arvurel.com, and quote your order number. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the proof, to the payment method used for the order.

Shipments may arrive separately

Items may leave from different partner warehouses and be sent in separate parcels, arriving on different dates.
